• your name and work email address;
• your company name, if you provide it;
• the project description you write.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

We use this information only to read and reply to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to discuss a potential project with you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

How it is handled

Contact form submissions are delivered to our business inbox by email, sent through our email delivery provider, Resend. The website itself does not store form submissions in a database. Our hosting, email delivery and email providers process data on our behalf to run the site and deliver messages, and may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and request times) for security and reliability. We briefly use your IP address in memory to limit repeated submissions and prevent abuse.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not use third-party tracking scripts.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting conversation or engagement, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us by emailing info@skarp.global. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
